ASL Itself!
With Charles L. Harper
For Facilities...
Are you educators, houseparents, children counselors, or facilities for the
Deaf children who are looking for any new, positive ways and keys to
approach for Deaf youths?  Then I hope you will be able to participate to
this special two-hours "ASL Itself" presentation someday in the future.  Why
did I entitled my workshops and lectures "ASL Itself"?  No matter if you
probably have a skill with American Sign Language (ASL) or/and a
knowledge in Deaf culture to work with Deaf Children.

Because you and I always need to remember that it is critical to plant a right
structured teaching and learning opportunities aimed at developing the
knowledge and leadership skills will prepare every youth to meet the
challenges and opportunities ahead.

This "ASL Itself" presentation (workshop) was originally targeted for
interpreters to enhance the knowledge of professional interpreters
regarding American Sign Language and Deaf Culture.  Almost a decade of
experience as a "ASL Itself" presenter, ASL has proven as a critical approach
to everyday situations, especially for Deaf youths.

Again, no matter if you or/and I have ASL skills, but guess what I've
learned?  All languages change.  I realize this "ASL Itself" workshop should
not be just for interpreters who are working in Deaf community; you are
also working for Deaf children.

This two-hour “ASL Itself” presentation brings the new capacity to think in
more abstract and complex ways about ASL and Deaf culture for educators,
houseparents, children counselors, or facilities for the Deaf children.

American Sign Language should not be left behind while every Deaf child is
characterized by significant growth, change and exploration.
From which I have been exposed from my native background and reputation as a presenter, and I am now bringing
what I’ve learned to every part of this "ASL Itself" presentation.  If you are wondering if a language is either ‘a barrier
or a bridge,’ and then please visit this website again for any updates or /and contact your school administration for
further information about this presentation.
